Seoul, South Korea has never been on my list of places to go, but i’m glad I had to chance to see it.
This trip would not have happened if it wasn’t for my neighbor inviting me along to go visit her daughter who is stationed there.
PROS:
• All the coffee shops & bakeries • Super affordable city • Devolution to their culture • Very clean and quiet city • Everyone was friendly and helpful (I especially want to note the little 5 year boy who helped us figure out how to use a fortune machine.) • Easy to navigate via the train system
CONS:
• The Food - Everything was sweet • City of Seoul - It wasn’t that interesting • 15 hour flight….

Changing of the Guard | Lunar New Year Edition
The day we explored the palaces and saw the changing of the guard it was -20 outside! Also, the changing of the guard was a extra special that day due to it being the Lunar New Year.
