“Looks like a strong scheme to me!”
- Jimmy Johnson, Owner of Legacy Motor Club

This was his feedback on the car scheme. Apparently he never approves without edits and this was a first!

Halfway through my first year at Exit Planning Institute, I was handed a pretty wild project, create the brand identity for DriveValue.com®, a partnership between EPI and Legacy Motor Club.

DriveValue.com is centered around helping business owners focus on long-term value, not just income. It connects owners to education, tools, assessments, and advisors to help them grow and eventually exit on their terms.

My job was to take that strategy and turn it into a visual identity that could live in the NASCAR world. Not only did I create the brand identity, but I also designed the race car paint scheme and firesuit.

The biggest challenge was balancing two very different worlds, structured value strategy and high-energy racing culture. It had to feel fast and bold without losing credibility.

Seeing it all come to fruition on June 1 at Nashville Superspeedway, and watching something that started as a concept become a real car on a real track, was one of the most rewarding moments of my career.
